Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of SMOM by providing technical expertise and effective facilitation of the process based on the implementation of global project steps.
  
• Provide technical and operational expertise to achieve quick and timely solutions to SMOM-related problems within all Mill in LAO.
  
• Implement operational solutions for Business Analytics standards in all Mill in the region - Reports, dashboard, and database infrastructure.
• Provide day-to-day support for SMOM requests and troubleshoot issues impacting system functionality or integrity systemically. 
  
• Provide support for developing and implementing plans and programs for sustaining the long-term growth of SMOM to meet sector objectives.
• Build organizational capability and culture in digital manufacturing through key user training, support, and maturity assessment. 
  
• Apply a global mindset with the ability to dimension business case/value delivery out of qualitative, disparate data points across Manufacturing in all businesses within LAO to drive value for the business.
• Communicate (through monthly reports, outstanding project lists, task status summaries, etc.) all relevant SMOM issues to provide Manager and key stakeholder information.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience with 2+ with systems support and development.
• Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems such as MES, OSI PI, etc., and manufacturing operations-based IT solutions.
• Detailed knowledge and advanced capability in in-process controls (PLC/SCADA/HMI) and IIoT.
  
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain interconnectivity relative to overall business implications.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), and Analysis for Office.   
• Knowledge of database infrastructure, dashboard, tool PoweBI, and SQL language 
  
• Experience in leading assigned IT Projects and/or Programs.
